1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Orixen website and any order you place. By using this site or ordering from us, you accept them.
2. Who may order
You may order if you are 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. You confirm that the delivery details you give us are accurate.
3. Our products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; packaging and minor appearance may vary between batches. If a product arrives materially different from its description, our Refund &
Return Policy applies.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are shown on each product page in the currency for that product. The price you see is the price you pay. Delivery is free on all orders. Some products offer lower per-unit prices at higher quantities; the price updates as you change the quantity, before you order. If a price is listed in obvious error we may cancel the order and tell you
why. You will not be charged, because you had not paid.
5. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists when we confirm or dispatch it. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, the address is outside our reach, or we reasonably suspect fraud.
6. Payment — cash on delivery
All orders are cash on delivery. You pay the courier who hands you the product. You pay nothing when you place the order, and this website never collects card or bank details. If you refuse a delivery, you pay nothing. Repeatedly refusing delivered orders without reason may lead us to decline future orders.
7. Delivery
We deliver to customers in the African countries we currently serve. Delivery is free on every order. Estimated delivery is 3–7 working days — an estimate, not a guarantee. Someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive the order and pay.
8. Product information and health claims
Information on this website is provided for general purposes only and is not medical advice.
- Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Individual results vary. Nothing here promises any particular outcome.
- Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use — especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
- Always read the label and follow the stated dosage.
If you experience an adverse reaction, stop using the product and seek medical advice.
9. Using this website
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, place fraudulent orders, scrape or republish our content, or misrepresent your identity.
10. Our content
All content on this site belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
11. Reviews and messages
If you send us a review or photo, you confirm it is your own and honest, and you allow us to publish it. We may decline or remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful.
12. Our responsibility to you
We will use reasonable care in describing, selling and delivering our products. Where a product is faulty, unsafe or misdescribed, your remedies are set out in our Refund & Return Policy and in consumer protection law.
We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our control, incorrect delivery details you supplied, misuse of a product, or indirect business losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or equivalent law in your country.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Because all orders are cash on delivery, we never collect payment card details through this website.
14. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This does not remove protections you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your own country of residence.
