Orixen brings together carefully chosen products and puts them within easy
reach of customers across the continent. We're selective rather than endless.
Every product we list is one we're prepared to stand behind, because our name
sits beside it.
We keep the buying simple. No card details, no accounts to create, no long
forms. You see the product, you see the price in your own currency, you leave
your name and address, and we bring it to you.
You don't pay us until the product is in your hands.
That single fact explains most of what we do.
Across Africa, buying online too often means taking a chance. You send your
money and hope. You wait, unsure whether the thing that arrives will be the
thing you saw — or whether anything will arrive at all. Too many people have
been disappointed that way. Too many have decided it's safer not to try again.
We didn't think we could argue anyone out of that worry. So we removed it
instead.
Pay when it arrives. Delivery is on us.
Every order on Orixen is cash on delivery. You order, we deliver, and you
pay the person who hands it to you. Not before.
Delivery is free on everything we sell. No minimum spend, no charge added
at the last step, no working out what it costs to reach your area. The price on
the product is the price you pay.
We do it this way because it puts the risk where it belongs — on us. If we
describe something badly, or send the wrong thing, or simply don't turn up,
we've lost. You haven't. That's a strong incentive for us to get it right, and
it should be.
